If an in-person visit is necessary, a Pathology Field Service Representative will be dispatched. We are local and ready to serve you as a team of experienced Biomedical Engineers to properly maintain your instruments & quickly resolve unexpected downtime.
Our Pathology Field Service Team will execute all recommended services at proper intervals, with a comprehensive list of checks according to factory specifications and experience. Time and materials charges will apply if no warranty or agreement is in place.
